Looking at all my pairs of shoes, what value do they hold? Apart from the need to put something on my feet before walking outside (hygiene purposes). Do they suggest something I wish to express? Do they suggest that I am high maintenance? Do they suggest that I love color and design? For the past couple of weeks I have come across the most weird, the most ugly and the most beautiful shoes and in the end they all have a purpose. But the question is what is their purpose to me? That is something I am trying to learn and understand so I can delve deep into how I can separate my authentic appreciation for fashion and my obsession with shoes. The one thing I am alright with is that they were on clearance and I had a coupon; but I have yet to figure out what they do for me even though they are quite banging shoes.
